On the Road to Success!!!

I've begin investing in Florida, Nevada and Phoenix... Yay! Let's see how that works out. Short sales has always been in my mind but I just thought it was time consuming. UNTIL, I learned how to let everyone else do 90% of the work for me. So far, I have my JV Partner's set up in all the areas I'm looking to flip properties at. I have my negotiators and I have about 20 deals in the pipeline! I have a couple agents in each area, some for my luxury properties and some for my standard properties. I will be putting in more deals this week so I can expect 5-10 closings a month minimum!!!

Other than that, I have been doing alot of cooking! I just got my kiddies a new light up trampoline... I never seen one of those in my life, so I had to get it for them. My stomach is getting GIGANTIC, and I can't wait to have my son.

Oh well, Im about to go get some butter pecan Ice cream... Yum!
